Empowering Ghana's market porters to carry futures, not burdens. We are breaking the cycle of survival for underprivileged young girls working as Kayayei in Accra's markets.

Every day across Ghana's major markets, thousands of underprivileged young girls work as market porters. Carrying crushing loads for pennies, they face severe economic exploitation, unsafe living conditions, and zero safety nets. They are trapped in a cycle of survival.
We are raising funds to break that cycle. This initiative provides these resilient girls with a holistic pathway out of the market and into a life of dignity, safety, and self-reliance.
Your support funds a comprehensive ecosystem of care and opportunity.

Each pathway is designed to create mutual value while transforming a girl's future.
Sponsor resources you already own. A tech company can open its training school; a bank can send staff to teach financial literacy.
Support with pro-bono slots or scholarship seats in your existing cohorts.
Host a free weekend health screening day for the girls, or donate short-dated vitamins and essential medicines.
You have the reach! Free airtime, articles, interviews, and social features drive ratings while giving our cause massive exposure.
Your contribution goes directly to suppliers, partners, and service providers supporting our Kayayei with training, coaching, and care.

“When you educate and empower a girl, you change the trajectory of an entire community.”
By partnering or donating, you are investing in an economic pivot; by taking a girl out of a hazardous marketplace and placing her into a classroom, a workshop, and a community that values her future.
