The Pink Project

Empowering Ghanaian women to build independent futures.

The Pink Project is a youth-led Ghanaian foundation building safer, more independent lives for marginalised young women, through skill development, women's health, and the fight against period poverty.

Our Mission
“To equip young women in Ghana with the resources to build safer and more independent futures, through skill development, health initiatives, and efforts to combat period poverty.”

Impact Focused Foundation

About the Foundation

A foundation built by young women, for young women.

The Pink Project is a female-led youth charity dedicated to empowering young women across the country. Our work spans multiple initiatives, each designed to remove a barrier standing between Ghanaian women and the future they deserve.

Every program starts with a community outreach and ends with lives that have better opportunities to: earn, learn, and lead.

WHERE WE FOCUS OUR WORK

OUR 3 PILLARS

Skill Development

We invest in education, vocational training, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship so young women can earn dignified incomes, launch businesses, and take charge of their own economic futures.

Period Poverty

We provide dignified access to menstrual products, menstrual health education, and safe spaces. So no girl in Ghana misses school, work, or opportunity because of her period.

Women's Health

We advance women's health through enlightenment, screenings, reproductive health education, mental wellness support, and partnerships with clinics that put quality care within reach.
